Americhek’s professional customer service team will contact the institution that granted the degree, diploma, or certificate for verification and validation.
This verification will include the date of graduation, degree, major field of study, and who is providing the verification information. This allows Americhek to spot check throughout the year to ensure our Customer Service Team is maintaining our superior standards of service.
If the institution is contracted exclusively with a third party provider, Americhek will verify and validate the degree/diploma through that agency as mandated by that institution. Often a third party fee is required, that fee is paid by Americhek and passed on to the customer.
